If you have trouble downloading the
files, try holding down the option key on a Macintosh while clicking
on the link, or the Alt key on a PC. This should force your browser
to use the "Save to Disk" option. If not, you can click
and hold (Macintosh) or right-click (Windows) to bring up a menu
which should allow you to select the "Save to disk"
option.
Alternately, you can choose to view the file onscreen without downloading if you have the PDF Plug-in installed in your browser's plug-ins folder. This Plug-in is part of the Acrobat Reader download. Once you drop the plug-in into the plug-ins folder, restart your browser application (Safari, Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, etc.) and choose "Preferences from the "Edit" menu. Then click on "Applications" or "File Helpers" or "Helper Application" depending on which browser you use. Find "PDF" or "Portable Document Format" in the scrolling list and change from the "Save to Disk" or "Save to File" option to the "View with Plug-in" option.
